DevOps/Automation Team Lead

F3 is seeking a DevOps/Automation Lead to work with our diverse customer base to gather requirements and build solutions focused on Automation, DevOps, and Cloud products & services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our internal sales team on DevOps-focused initiatives and events to drive additional business while managing the day-to-day activities and career growth of our F3 DevOps Team.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of architecting cloud native application environments in the public cloud.

At least 3 years working with ARM templates or infrastructure as code solutions, such as

Terraform or Ansible.

At least 1 year of working with CI/CD environments and connecting them to the public cloud.

At least 1 year of managing a hybrid cloud environment.

Nice to Have:

Microsoft Azure Developer Associate certification or better.

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.

Hands-on experience with managing Azure DevOps environment and GitHub actions.

Real-world experience with architecting containers and kubernetes environments.

Sales and Engineering background – 3 years of customer-facing solutions/engineering

experience.
